私事で恐縮ですが、両親の入院費・手術代を集めるチャリティイベントを開催させて頂きます。チェシュメお馴染みのミュージシャンたちが集まり無償にてライブしてくれる事になりました。
状況を知り、手を差し伸べてくれる人たちがたくさん居て、何て幸せ者なんだろうと涙が出てきます。
でも今は泣いてる場合じゃないんだ。

I’ll have a charity event to support my parents, since they’ll have to go through a lot and we can’t support everything they need.
Our beloved Cheshmeh musicians have agreed to perform for the event.
So many people have offered to help us, we feel super lucky to have you all!!

私たちより厳しい状況の方も沢山いると思います。
皆さんの助けを求める事、本当に良いのだろうかと悩みに悩みましたが…
今は考え過ぎる前に行動してみようと思います。

It’s a very personal event, and there are a lot more people out there
who are having the harder time. so…I don’t expect everyone’s help, only if you want to.

【パパちゃんとママちゃんの話】
A short story about Dad and Mom

去年の12月、買い物に行こうとしたママちゃんは階段で足を滑らせた。
頭と首を強打し、1ヶ月近く意識が無かった。
4ヶ月経とうとする今、意識はあるけれど会話はまだ出来ない。左半身も動かないから、自分で起きることもままならない。
元気でおしゃべりで、誰とでも友達になれるママちゃん。時間はかかるけれど、きっと戻ってくる。

In last December, my mom slipped and fell down from the stairs.
Damaged her head and neck severly, got into a coma for a month.
Four months have passed, she is awake but can’t talk or write. Her left body is parallized, can’t move by herself.
I know that she can hear me. She must be talking to me inside of her head. Screaming? Singing? Only wish I could hear her.
Happy chatty mom. Everybody loves her immediately.
She is a tough cookie, we know she wil be back. Slowly but surely.

そんな中、虫歯だと思って歯医者へ行ったパパちゃんが大学病院へ送られた。これは虫歯ではない、何か深刻なものだと。
検査の結果、家族が呼ばれた。パパちゃんの左顎を蝕む極悪な腫瘍は首のリンパから身体へ広がろうとしていた。
早急な手術で転移を防がなければ、後がありません。そんな説明を聞きながら、私たちはママちゃんの事をおもっていた。

Dad went to the dentist, thinking he’s got the another cavity.
The dentist sent him to the university hospital right away. After some check-ups, they called in the whole family.
The cancerous tumor growing in his left jaw is quietly spreading, requires an epic surgery to stop it. It’s just a beginning of his fight against it. Get ready.
Ah mom, I wish you were here to support him. We all need you.

京王線笹塚駅を降り、目の前の商店街を抜け、ロッテリアに突き当たったら左折して甲州街道へ。
反対側、サミット側に渡ったら左折。すぐに交番が見えるので、右折したらすぐです。駅から徒歩4分くらい。
Go through the shopping street right in front of Sasazuka station, turn left when you hit Lotteria.
Cross the street (Koshu-Kaido) to the Summit supermarket side and turn left.
Go straight for 10 sec or so, then turn right in front of the police box.

日本人とアメリカ人のアーティスト夫婦が1年かけて改装した店内は小料理屋の面影を残しつつ、
トルコのランプや様々な国の楽器が所狭しと飾られた摩訶不思議な空間となっています。
様々な国の人々が集うボーダーレスなイベントを毎月行っています。
国籍・言葉・宗教など関係なく、集った人々がクリエイティブに遊べる都会のオアシス的

ワークショップで使いたいなどなど、スペースレンタルも大歓迎です。

完全禁煙です。外で吸う場合も店から離れていただいています。
タバコの煙で人は死にます。店中が汚染されます。1本ぐらい…と怒る方もいますが、
1本ぐらいガマン出来ない程中毒になっているのなら、病院へ行くことをお勧めします。

We love honey, sugar and our little farmers in our neighbourhood. So…
we are not a vegan, microbi or organic people.

Positively no smoking. If you have to smoke, please go outside,
to the parking lot side. Some gets angry, “It’s just one cigarette”
Well, if you can’t stay away from one cigarette for a few hours,
it sure is an addiction. we strongly recommend you to go to the hospital.
